Yes, that Boston bike messenger (Lucas Brunelle) IS on a BICYCLE, (a geared road bike, to be specific) and no, the video was NOT sped up. For those of you who are going to insist it’s a motorcycle, watch the video in it’s entirety before commenting. Pay attention to the extremely narrow slots he makes it through, and watch for when he looks down at the handlebars. He’s “skitching” some of the way, which means he’s holding onto the wheel wells of the cars. Effin crazy bastard. The two songs I put behind it are “Transcontinental” and “Sub Hunt” by a New Hampshire band that I’ve seen live a few times called Scissorfight (http://www.scissorfight.com). They put on a great live show, so if you like the tracks, check em out, they’re WAY better live than they are on recording.
